Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 2026AmiSim is committed to providing a reliable experience. However, if you experience issues with your eSIM, our Refund Policy outlines your rights.1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement eSIM if you have activated the Service but are unable to use it due to a technical error on our end or on the part of our network providers.
This is subject to the following conditions:
- You must submit a refund request to our support team within 30 days of the issue arising.
- AmiSim (or our network partners) is unable to restore your ability to access the Services within 10 days of receiving your request.
- You have actively cooperated with our support team's troubleshooting efforts (e.g., providing screenshots of your device settings).2. Partial Refunds
If you have partially consumed the data package before the technical issue occurred, we will only refund an amount equal to the unused portion of the Service.3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- You purchased an eSIM for a device that is locked or not eSIM-compatible.
- You simply changed your mind after the eSIM has been activated and data usage has begun.
